MDS CPU Vulnerability Reboot, scheduled 2 months ago

Update: The patch and reboot was successful at 10:35 PM PST. This scheduled issue is considered fixed.

To complete our mitigations against the recent MDS (ZombieLoad) CPU vulnerability which has affected all Intel processors, we will be performing maintenance on our server host machines. This maintenance will update the underlying server infrastructure that STCloud sites reside on and will not affect the data stored within them. This is a high-priority maintenance, and cannot be rescheduled.

On Wednesday, June 26 at approximately 10:30 PM PST our server will be rebooted to perform updates. Hosted websites and email service will temporarily be unavailable while we perform these updates. A thirty-minute window is allocated, however the actual downtime should be much less. After the maintenance has concluded, your STCloud services will be restored automatically.
